Bola-Bola Ayam Goreng

ingredients:
- ¼ chicken, separate the meat and bones
- 1 slice white bread
- Liquid milk to taste
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 225 grams of ground beef
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wheat flour to taste
- Cooking oil to taste
- 1 lemon, squeezed the water

How to Make:
A. Of shredded and chopped chicken meat and set aside. Soak the bread and milk liquid, remove and squeeze dry.
2. Combine chicken, bread, eggs, parsley, beef, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Form into small balls, then roll into flour. Fry in hot oil until golden browned. Lift.
3. Serve while hot or after a cold with lemon juice.
