Spices Chicken

ingredients:
- 250 grams of minced chicken meat
- 100 grams of grated coconut
- 1 egg
- 300 ml cooking oil

Seasonings:
- 4 red onions
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 small red pepper
- 1 finger galangal
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- Sliced ​​1 teaspoon brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon shrimp paste
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground pepper

How to Make:
A. Puree onion, garlic, red pepper, and galangal. Combine with minced chicken meat, shredded coconut, eggs, cumin, coriander, brown sugar, shrimp paste, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended. Let stand for 1 hour in refrigerator.
2. Take 1 tablespoon every time the chicken mixture, square bntuk thin, then fried until golden browned. Remove and drain. Serve.
