Sayap Ayam Bersaus


ingredients:
- 10 pieces (800 grams) chicken wings
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 teaspoons salt
- ½ teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce

Ingredients Flour solution (Stir Average):
- 70 grams of cake flour
- 30 grams of rice flour
- 20 grams of cornstarch
- 200 ml ice water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground pepper

Coating material (Adauk Average):
- 200 grams of cake flour
- 25 grams of cornstarch

Sauce Ingredients:
- 6 cloves garlic, mashed
- 2 cm jehe, shredded
- 4 tablespoons of tomato sauce
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 100 ml of water
- 100 grams of cashew nuts, fried, mashed rough
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil

How to Make:
A. 1 hour soak chicken in garlic, salt, pepper and fish sauce.
2. Dip chicken in flour solution.
3. Roll in coating materials. Stir by hand until bandaged.
4. Fry until cooked, set aside.
5. Sauce: heat the oil. Saute garlic and ginger until fragrant.
6. Enter the lemon juice, ketchup, honey, and water. Stir until thick.
7. Add chicken and beans. Stir well till the chicken wrapped in spices and dried.
