Chicken Pesak


ingredients:

- 1 whole chicken split into 2

- 1 ½ liters of water

- 2 cloves garlic, mashed

- 3 cm ginger, crushed

- ¼ teaspoon pepper

- 2 tablespoons fish sauce

- 1 teaspoon salt

- Cooking oil

How to Make:

A. Boil 1 ½ liters of water, boil the chicken for 15 minutes. Remove the chicken and drain.
