Potato Sambal Kerecek Intestine


Ingredients:
- 2 pieces of potatoes, cut into squares, fried
- 100 grams of chicken intestine, boiled, cut into 4 cm
- 50 grams kerecek
- 3 bay leaves
- 2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
- 3 pieces of red pepper, cut in thin oblique
- 50 ml of water
- 200 ml coconut milk from 1/4 coconut
- 1 ½ teaspoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon tamarind water
- 4 tablespoons oil for sauteing

Spice paste:
- 8 red onions
- 3 cloves garlic
- 5 green chilies
- 4 grains roasted hazelnut

How to Make:
1. Heat the oil. Saute the spices, bay leaf, lemongrass, and chilies, stirring frequently, until fragrant.
2. Enter the potatoes, chicken intestine, and kerecek. Stir well.
3. Pour water, stirring until wilted kerecek.
4. Pour the coconut milk, sugar, salt, acid and water. Stir until the spices to infuse.
